You will receive an email confirmation with details regarding your order!
If you need to change your shipping address, please reach out to us at orders@brentneale.com. All pieces will be shipped via FedEx with signature required upon receipt. If you are unable to sign, the package will not be delivered.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship pieces internationally. We are more than happy to ship your piece to a known domestic address or hold your order for pick up in our NYC showroom.
Our current production window is an estimated 12-16 weeks. If you have a deadline that needs to be met, please reach out to us at orders@brentneale.com to confirm what is possible.
